Exceptional values, physicians are taken well care of.

Cons

Favortism. Management does not live up to the values expected of teammates. No integrity. Management hires family and friends and promotes them over employees who have been loyal to them 7, 10 and 35 yrs.

Daylight, M-F, no call coworkers very kind

Cons

The core values and policies are great and appropriate for this medical environment but it is not practiced. Regulations are ignored in the guise of maintaining low staff hours. There is obvious favoritism and many staff succumb to working this way out of fear of retaliation. New hires under qualified for the areas they are being oriented . I being one of then and no training offered.Employees that have been here for years requested training have fallen on deaf ears. Although I haven't been here long I don't for see me staying long . I value my license .
