The benefits, the pay was okay could've been better. My coworkers. Remote work from home.

Cons

Leadership. Managment. Lack of training. Lack of knowledge from leadership and mgmt. No workflow. Barely could produce because there was no workflow. Accounts not getting resolved. Escalated accounts not getting resolved. Its a chaotic mess. The NCP follow up side. If you like lack of structure this is the place. The patient accounting system is so dated. Its so many cons being that i was laid off from a company structured 10x better than this such a disappoint.

I feel comfortable in my job. I am not burnt out. I have work-life balance. My coworkers are great. I love the patient population.

Cons

Higher ups have been deleting positions and we had a 3% raise this year which is insulting. Our facility claims to have no money for employees and they over hired. Now there are multiple people leaving at the same time. There is no upper movement. You have to wear multiple hats in a smaller facility. No travel bonus to sister centers anymore. Health insurance is terrible.
