Flexible work schedule, great teammates, immediate management was good

Cons

Priority is in making profit no surprise, not staff or patient's wellbeing. Culture fosters doctors treating staff poorly staff size is usually small so it is awkward to report unprofessional behavior.

Extremely strong culture to collaborate and learn. Various level of decision makers have genuine interest in your success and growth. Strong emphasis on teamwork and doing the right thing. Good benefits overall.

Cons

There is a great need to work with cross functional teams, which usually leads to collaborative environments with higher rate of success. However, your day can quickly get filled with meetings, leaving less time to produce your own work. Very uncompetitive parental leave.
