Surgery centers make money with high volume. So they work you so hard for their high volume needs but then when its slow ( very rare) they dont let you work at a slow pace which would benefit you ( and make your job more pleasant) they cut your hours to again & send you home to benefit them. Very new,immature & unprofessional management that jokes around and says, “ Your fired “ or “Ill remember your mistake at your annual eval” way too much and laughs it off. Lots of favoritism for those who kiss up or charm & flatter management.
