Terrible management. Negative work environment where doctors, anesthesiologists, management etc treat you like you don’t exist and don’t matter, most the time can’t even have the decency to say hi in passing or address you at all. Forget learning your name or face. When bringing up concerns or suggestions management bits your head off or tells you that’s just how it is. Corporate feeling to working here for sure. People here seem unhappy and burnt out. The OR seems to be a mess too always behind or missing equipment they need which keeps everyone here longer. Lots of people leaving who say it’s because of poor management.
