There are a couple nice nurses and lunch is usually provided.

Cons

Orientation is minimal because they are desperate for workers. There is a big turn-over in staff because of the work environment. Doctors treat patients like numbers and not individuals. It is all about how much money they make instead of the care. There are lots of things that are not done safely! Some of the nurses there should have been gone a long time ago, but no matter how much people complain, there are no consequences.
