Pros

good benefits, depending on who is in charge at the time, some compensate well

Cons

the higher ups do not care about the staff. you are not compensated for hard work. Low Moral, they do not encourage education. its more about high case volume than high patient care standards. not enough staff, to ensure more profit. I would not recommend this place for work or medical care after working on the inside. this used to be a great place to work until management changed, the moral plummeted. management is dishonest and only out for their self benefit

Pros

My colleagues are awesome people who truly love helping humanity. Working with these awesome people is the main reason why I stay.

Cons

SCA Caters to the Physicians & not to nurses. The amount of patients a nurse has to care for is way too high & that's gets dangerous sometimes. They value quantity for making money over high quality of care. It's like "In & "Out" burger/surgery.

Pros

Working from home is a plus. Being able to work without anyone looking over your shoulder is nice. The hours I worked were great, when I didn't have to work overtime.

Cons

Over worked and under paid. You have to be in the circle in order to be in the click to get anywhere as a coder. Not a great place to work as a coder. You can work other places and be more successful and get paid better. You can have many years of experience and they don't look at that. They want to pay you the lowest salary they can. They don't want to pay over time so they are trying to find ways to get around that.
