Teammates deliver excellent work and strive to improve the level of care at facilities. There is a real sense of commitment within the team itself and certain teammates are very knowledgeable on their areas.

Cons

Leadership changes constantly and no solid direction on improvements. Leaders are too hesitant to push back on strategies if they don't make sense. Leaders are fine with taking whichever path makes the least amount of work for them regardless of impact to others on their team. Do not expect someone to support you if you aren't one of the top 3 performers.

If you're not kissing booty and in with the management clique, you'll get treated like less than dirt. People will step all over you to get what they want. Facebook spies, tattle tales, high school drama.
