Pros

Manager was honest and fair, I got to work from home most of the time. The work was challenging and I felt that I made a difference in the member's lives.

Cons

I was outsourced by nurses in the Philippines. There was no need to have us drive to Long Beach for meetings as everything could have been handled remotely.

I really liked the other employees. I enjoyed the work atmosphere. Training was very nice and educational. Learned a lot towards my career path and goals.

Cons

I was not paid for overtime. Received a ticket, even though company said I did NOT need a parking permit. Was constantly given the graveyard shift after I explained to company I have children at home.
