Constant layoffs and restructuring is exhausting

Pros

The benefits used to be good, but they're scaling back.

Cons

SCAN has a really broken culture driven by fear, constant layoffs and dysfunction. There are some middle managers that steal staff ideas and present them as their own and actively engage in favoritism and politics. It's all very petty and demotivating.
