Literally not a single thing.

Cons

No remote days Very low wages Little room for advancements Favoritism Goes back on ¾ of agreed upon hiring cover letter benefits . Wage increases less than 1% per year, if not at all. Garbage Insurance benefits.

Cons

- No career growth - No advanced skill learning - Low pay - Favoritism - QC manager never stood up for their people nor did anything good for the department

Management, favoritism, no growth, no promotion, no raises, no true benefits, no value as an employee, no cross training, no future, not a career job.
