Great work/life balance; can make up time when needing time-off to take care of personal matters. There is a sense of pride in one’s work. Great lunch program – inexpensive & subsidized with lots of choices Lots of fun work activities to engage employee interactions – Fall Fest, lunch seminars, always something new

Cons

Communications between top management and employees can be better Salary/pay could be better and performance doesn’t always gets recognized & or promoted.

Cons

- Pressure to work longer hours - Low employee morale - Lack of relevant training - Depressing "Is it Friday yet?" type jokes all over the place - Important positions that would usually require an extensive, specific background are sometimes handed off internally which is actually not beneficial for the company or anyone else
