None, except the young kids ... they are the only reason I stuck with it .. I bonded with them. And they didn’t see skin color, unlike management.

Cons

Racism... I felt it was African-American DOMINATED without good cause... I saw PH.D level professionals of other races passed over or spoken down to. Also, You will be looked down on as a white teacher if working with primarily black students. They will defend the child and parents over you. I headed to Bryan county & it’s all good over there. Like a breathe of fresh air.
