Pros
Depending on the school you work at can be a really awesome opportunity. Great benefits, Better pay than most other districts in the area, Great inter department communication.
Cons
Some schools are rough, like in most districts. If the district has plans to demolish or phase out your facility within around 10ish years, they stop all support for the upkeep of the building or in replacing or updating classrooms/portable units if your facility has them. They did that to Pooler elementary and left roughly 7 to 8 teachers without classrooms, and forces many teachers to teach on carts or leave entirely
