      Great environment to grow. You get to work on a variety of jobs. The people that you get to work with are awesome folks who will help you out on something if you need a hand.

      Cons

      Nothing so far that I can say would be a con for SCIGON.

      Great and very open communication. Great salary and placement incentives. Purely remote.

      Cons

      Can't cover local government deduction, that's because they are a US based company and has no footprint yet here in the Philippines.
