I have been working for Scigon for few years and enjoy being a full time employee. Scigon has a big clients base in many areas in IT, and in-house development work. The folks at the company are very knowledgeable. Heigh standards in the company projects and always something to learn. Very reasonable management, lovely HR and decent wages.

Cons

Would be nice to have free access to courses on third party sites.

- Fire anythime for cost cutting stating wrong reason so they don't have to pay any severance pay -No job security
