Great image in the insurance market, good pension.
Cons
Probably the worst IT/technical department out of anywhere I've worked. For a company that is the "art and science of risk" this is a real let down and hindrance to doing good work. Basic things like getting a PC to work correctly or getting software installed is a major challenge. If you want to do anything more technical than this, like spin up a sever or do some advanced analytics, just forget it. It's not that hard - our competitors are doing it with ease!
