Pros

SCOR offers lots of opportunity for growth and development as well as great work-life balance. I am constantly surrounded by intelligent and hard-working peers, and it is a rare opportunity to be able to work with teams from all over the world. People genuinely care about one another (at least on the teams I've worked with) and do everything they can to help you succeed.

Cons

At times, decisions can feel very bureaucratic. Everything must go through a process, which is understandable, but the process is not always well defined nor streamlined. Communication sometimes has to make multiple round-trips to different groups, and information tends to get lost in translation. While not always bad, policies and adoption of new ideas can definitely take time and be slow to change.
