      Good but hierarchical

      Smart colleagues Attitude to get the job done Nice office space Good employee benefits Strong and stable senior management

      Cons

      Very hierarchical, meaning if your manager is bad, your experience is bad Not very collaborative, especially across locations A lot of the mid-management are carrying a very large ego. They are more interested in looking good in front of their boss than in developing a team.
