Pros

market oriented total compensation packages

Cons

No true investments in digitalization, Very centralised, old fashioned & autocratic COMEX leadership team bad culture & internal communication, no transparency (everything important happens behind your back) No involvement in management decisions, no autonomy of locations, everything is decided in Paris—> very demotivating & disempowering Rigid & old fashioned HR & IT systems & policies of the last century No development opportunities for talents; rigid partnership framework (will not change as long as Denis Kessler is the CEO) HR is purely operational/administrational; no true HRBP's, no HR nor Talent Management strategy or concept
