      Hardworking Employees but a Toxic Culture

      Pros

      Very good benefits. Opportunity for involvement in a global business environment. New management team that sincerely desires to make positive changes.

      Cons

      Not a lot of trust among employees, due in large part to a toxic culture fostered by previous management team. US employees also frustrated by extreme paternalism caused by micro management of Paris based executive team.

      Layoffs. Lack of advancement within. Layoff 80+ front line positions then post 30+ open positions most in management roles. Far too many chiefs.
