      Excellent benefits. Good salary. Three weeks' vacation to start. Generous retirement plan.

      Cons

      Actuaries and underwriters are celebrated with many opportunities for advancement; supporting roles have much less opportunity to advance. Once active employee activities committee is dying.

      Nice people, good benefits, calm environment.

      Cons

      Management does not share information and it seems they are out for themselves only and not the staff. Also favoritism exists - you may do a good job but if they don't like you then you're worthless.
