      No Advancement Opportunity and a lot of unnecessary fire drills

      Benefits, Co-workers and being at an international department

      Cons

      unless you are an actuary there is no opportunity for advancement and you will be underpaid. Certain teams do not have skills management and are not forward thinkers. There is also a group of people in the Charlotte office that like to belittle co-workers in front of others.

      Pros

      They were a great community partner. They were a huge supporter of local charities. They were also very flexible with employees scheduling when they wanted to give back.

      Cons

      Our office was small within a very large company and didn't always get the attention we needed.

      Pros

      Many hard working, smart people. Opportunities for white males.

      Cons

      Senior management lacks skills for employee and customer relationships. Focused on cutting jobs and expenses. Constant expectation to work more and more hours to get the increasing work done with fewer people. Inappropriate behavior by many senior leaders with no consequences. Financial results are not sustainable.
