      NONE, nothing, zip, zilch, zero, did I mention there are absolutey no pros whatsoever

      Cons

      SCR has zero integrity. They will lie, cheat and steal from your dying grandmother before they tell the truth, treat people fairly or care about you as a human. Benefits are way too expensive to afford for a family. They lie about bonuses, raises and rewards. You will give til your exhausted and then they will ask for more. The turnover is ridiculous. Why? Because their is no respect and noone that will help you. HR will take your complaint, turn it into something you did wrong and within a few breaths, they will fire you because you are a threat. I wouldnt recommend my enemy to work there

      The hours are very poor. The staff is very rude, and are often cliques. The pay is horrible.
