Pros
The company is on the south side of Chicago, which made my commute easy. I believe the service SCR provides is important and I applaud their commitment.
Cons
Management lacks cohesiveness specifically in the area of financials. On boarding process is lacking, you’re left to figure things out on your own. Vacation does not start to accrue until you have been there one year. Minimal training given with high expectations of perfection, there is also no learning curve to speak of, and no team assistance to rely on.
