Pros

Work from anywhere, saving time and money on commuting. Greater autonomy over your daily schedule and environment. Exposure to law enforcement, legal, and behavioral health markets. Opportunity to sharpen sales, communication, and relationship-building skills. Contributing to public safety and rehabilitation through LifeSafer alcohol and location monitoring technology. Potential for bonuses or commission based on leads generated or deals closed.

Cons

Less opportunity for spontaneous collaboration or mentorship. Building rapport with clients and internal teams may take more effort remotely. Remote setup can blur lines between work and personal time if not managed well.

Pros

Working at SCRAM Systems means being part of a mission-driven company that makes a real impact on communities by promoting safer roads and responsible choices. Employees appreciate the collaborative work environment, strong leadership, and opportunities for professional growth. The company values innovation, work-life balance, and employee well-being, offering competitive benefits and a supportive team culture. With a focus on cutting-edge technology and meaningful work, SCRAM Systems provides a rewarding career experience where you can make a difference.

Cons

• Fast-Paced Environment: The company is growing and evolving, which can mean frequent changes and the need to adapt quickly. While exciting, it may not be the best fit for those who prefer a more structured or slow-moving workplace. • Workload Fluctuations: Depending on the role, workloads can vary, and some teams may experience busier periods that require extra effort to meet deadlines. • Cross-Team Communication: As with many growing companies, communication between departments can sometimes be a challenge, requiring proactive collaboration to stay aligned. • Limited Advancement in Certain Roles: While there are growth opportunities, advancement may be more structured or role-dependent, so it’s important to discuss career path expectations early on.
