Pros

I love working at AMS! I look forward to coming to work every day. I have a supportive manager and team and we have fun! Company Focus on work life balance. Generous leave time (vacation, holiday, sick). Leave policies encourage employee's to take earned time off. Low key environment yet Employees work hard and the feeling is employees enjoy working at AMS. There is a team environment and support. Flexible schedule with focus on meeting goals and quality.

Cons

I can't think of any right now. Company is growing. Growth brings new challenges, which is not a negative but an opportunity to work on process/procedures, take on new challenges

Those who need to speak will not

Pros

Company offers a unique niche in Alcohol Monitoring. Its trying to punch above their weight limit.

Cons

Upper Management is too removed from the day to day issues facing the company. Middle management is too scared for career stability to state their concerns. Upper management are unwilling to listen to those who are in direct contact with the real customer complaints. They mask issues. CEO is intimidating. Sales are stagnant as they have saturated the market. Too many changes internally have crippled the front line employees in their ability to satisfy Customer needs. Support staff is over worked and unfortunately undertrained. This is due to the introduction of too many products on a department that is not growing in numbers to support the expanded product line. Upper Sales staff have left in last 8 months. Leaving lesser experienced to make deals and explain technologies to customers the barely understand themselves. Latest technology is creating issues for customers due to rushing it into field before it was ready, leaving sales and support holding the bag.

Pros

People have been there a long time, which says a lot about a company.

Cons

Senior leadership has some real clunkers. Not all but at a small company, one can have a huge, negative impact.
