Given ability to run team and manage product without regular interference. Good people and organization.

Cons

Position of Business Analyst was actually a combo of Product Manager, Product Owner and Scrum Master. Salary lower than median for the position and responsibility level. Lots of attrition of top talent without any plan to replace.

There's a lot of great people here you'll meet. Company Picnics and Holiday Party's. Nice Benefits and Floating Holiday to use for extra days off. Lots of overtime! Pretty easy place to work for, definitely enjoyed the over all atmosphere!

Cons

Not really any room for advancement. Raises are quite small. If your a Temp it may take a while to get hired on with the company unless you really standout to Management.
