Pros
Friendly people on the Denver side with a decent product.
Cons
Intense 5 year merger plan with a company solely focused on profit, which goes against the "helping communities" culture. Alpharetta office has major burnout/management issues with running a dozen projects at the same time with most of the team offshore. Pay was good when I started, but no COL increases and the benefits are just okay. They say they encourage vaccination and staying safe, but that's all they do for encouraging COVID safety.
