      Pros

      SDS honour their word with respect to commitment. In this industry, every candidates get cheated by every employer irrespective of Level 5. When I compare with other Staffing companies, SDS is best than others.

      Cons

      I do agree that people are lacking on coordination with candidates. But they will do that when you create serious situation.

      Pros

      Don't even think of it, I'm sharing my experience with all fellows to benefit. I'm not Satnam's competitor but I wan spread this message and save other fellows not to go thru such a pain which I suffered.

      Cons

      The promise in the name of God and cheat you They target only their business by locking you in so called guest house Not professional Target high billing rate from client and pay you peanuts Fake commitments They hold your paystubs Multiple complaint in DOL and USCIS
