Great company

Pros

The benefits are way above average, especially the 401K. Management is engaged with what we do and we bid on lots of new work so there is great lateral stability.

Cons

Being a defense contractor has it's risks like any other firm in this business. Contracts come and go and we've lost some, but we've been resilient enough to somehow retain our overall workforce.

Interesting job, lackluster growing chances

Pros

Nice and valid people working there; multicultural company where you will work closely with international offices.

Cons

Small (if any) growing chances in the company. Lack of communication between departments, which doesn't make sense being such a small company.
