Need to be aligned with everyone's personalities.

There is no training or community here. They'll throw some guides to you on their intranet and send you on your way. You'll be placed in industry groups with no relation to your background. They only want more of the same candidate: Non diverse, big law burnouts that they can treat slightly better than where they came before. They are dry, boring, socially awkward people. Don't work here, especially if you are not a white male.
