Excellent Salary!! benefits, gym, daycare, tuition assistance, medical, retirement, vision, dental, life, etc. The organization as a whole is excellent for work/life balance.

Cons

Depending on what organization you are a part of, the work life balance is not great. Extreme micromanagement.

Meaningful work and extremely smart people. I've worked for other federal employers, contractors and the private sector, but this is the best place I've been.
