      Pros

      There are a lot of opportunities to learn and specialize. Due to the hierarchy, there are opportunities for upward mobility (though personally I haven't succeeded much in that area). Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Navigating the process can be challenging. While telework is a great benefit, it can impact work place atmosphere in a negative way.

      Pros

      Great work environment, and almost every attorney is willing to spend time with you on meaningful projects that you can learn from. Hands down the most beneficial internship I did while in law school.

      Cons

      Well its unpaid of course, but thats typical for the majority of government internships so you know that going in.
