Pros

Terrific bunch of folks!! Atmosphere is very professional and conducive to your performing at your best. Took training constantly. Was rewarded so much i stayed for 17 years. When I was courted to work at other agencies, new perks started pouring in. My entire stay there was wonderful!

Cons

Their business requires Attorneys, Compliance Examiners, Accountants. If you are not qualified in these areas, its hard to move up and you're sort of stuck with no way to advance. Must constantly take university level courses studying the agency's business to have any chance of moving into the major positions doing the business that the agency is responsible for.
