Pros

Accessive entitlements, federally funded, nice new and expanding building.

Cons

Self absorbed, no team work, inept people put in wrong positions, bureaucratic maze, back stabbing rampid, contractors targeted for abuse, accessive mismanagement, everyone is out for themselves and dodging responsibility.

Interesting work, great people and important mission. Good pay and benefits, you have the ability to have a life outside work while still doing high level stuff.

Cons

Internal culture somewhat disconnected from real world. Various divisions and offices are different universes and don't interact as well as possible.
