      Pros

      Although I'm no longer a part of SEON, I will always cherish the time I spent there. They have an excellent product, great vision, and an amazing team to fuel this. You have plenty of opportunities to grow and develop yourself. SEON formed my professional career in a way, that set me up for succes in my next role with similar B2B SaaS companies. The benefits and salary are good, the people are amazing, and I can recommend the company for anyone who is looking forward for their next journey.

      Cons

      No real cons here, but I could recommend some training to the mid-level managers to ensure they have the empathy and skills to channel the vision and company culture of the senior management.

      Friendly environment with the chance to work on something significant. It is a supporting community.

      Cons

      The management is/was unexperienced at the time, making many recruitment and staff related mistakes, resulting in constant changes. People came and go, the whole set couldn't become stable.
