      Unique product and great strategy to become a winner in the industry. Benefits and salary are on the top end of the local market. Strong leadership, C-level is being continuously leveled up. Collaborative environment, where the best idea wins.

      Cons

      Frequent organisational changes. Communication barriers between teams and sometimes prioritisation changes.

      There are numerous challenges, which helps the company to grow and increase innovation. Feels like the growth trajectory and level of professionalism is at an all time high.

      Cons

      Lots of responsibilities, no paid overtime. Redundancies happened in the last 12 months.
