Horrible Management in the UK

Management is a disaster. People are disillusioned have lost all sense of where the company is going. Major projects have either been just horribly executed or terminated without warning. We are haemorrhaging staff to a shocking degree, those that aren't quitting are being made redundant. It's like GoT around here, wondering who will be gone when you turn up on Monday. Entire offices are being shuttered. I wouldn't be surprised if the Chiswick office was gone in a year. Most of the talent has already left and any new starters are slowly becoming aware of what they've walked into. There is no training. There may be a budget, but we never see it. Staff development is non-existent. There is no career path. Very few people actually get promoted. The technology base is cripplingly old and security a joke. You will not be challenged. Management from the parent company are imposing nonsensical policies that do not help, forcing everyone to follow a 'lowest common denominator' approach, even if it harms development and security. Pay is low. It always was, but twice being bought has been used as an excuse to put 18months between pay reviews.
