Pros

Use to be a good company before another family took over to hire their own.

Cons

Years without a raise. Different shift changes. New management changes every 5-10 years don't expect keeping your job there 15 more years if new management takes over . It's a pity that they want so much out of you. Then they tell you things like since your here a long time your just like family right that's bull. They let these people come in and start hiring their own family that don't know jack about the business.
