      Pros

      Was relatively straight forward to get started here as a fresh graduate. Starting wage is average, flexible hours and hybrid home/office system is ok.

      Cons

      They hire people straight out of university and offer them a decent starting wage. The problem is that there is little room for improvement here and 7 years later my salary was well below what others of my age/experience were earning at similar CROs. A lot of people end up leaving after a relatively short tenure, many citing poor pay as a reason for leaving. I left for the same reason.
