Pros

Enjoyed working in the field. Most of the time was travel, not incredibly hard work. Got to meet some cool people at the dealership and on the road.

Cons

There is typically Scheduling issues. The dispatch doee not always no where inspectors are going so it can get hectic. Often times the work load was overwhelming.

Pros

Depending on the department, the ability to leave when needed is a plus. The people make an attempt to get along. Great location.

Cons

They hire family members and friends of friends. No room for growth. Gossip is high and it's extremely hard to keep personal life private.

Tons of instrumentation to learn

Cons

Getting the opportunity to learn the instrumentation, yearly raises would be nice, better communication from management, no room for advancement, buddy system
