Pros

Corporate has its pros..there is accountability all across the board..even for the doctors. Upper management is nice.....but that's about it

More than I can explain, upper management is nice but clearly disorganized. They have no idea what goes on in the day to day grind of the practices..the patients are clearly unhappy with the services they are receiving...just read the Google reviews! There needs to be a shift in management and some strong organization if they want to see a truly successful company with happy employees and reduce their turnover rate.
