      Great Benefits, stong commitment to safety, supervisors generally and sincerely care for the condition of their employees and will have your back as long as you covered your own bases.

      Cons

      Generally, it takes many years of service within the company to move up to supervisory role.

      Pros

      Relatively easy job if you have half a brain, know cars and the car industry. Something different every day. Great job if you like to get paid to travel. Great PTO, even in year 1.

      Cons

      Low pay. Archaic and troublesome equipment. Poor scheduling. Feast or famine workload. Healthcare is an overpriced joke. Expected to perform at 100% in any and all weather conditions (-15 degrees). Management pushes back on any input contrary to their current belief and feeds you loads of corporate BS being shoved down their throats by upper management.
