Pros

I work during the day. Clean restrooms. Clean brake room. They have a big parking lot with a fence. Get to listen to the radio.

Cons

Not a healthy place to work at. Very dangerous. Mangers dont care or look out for you. Very low pay with no raises after 2 years. No chance to grow with the company.

This company does not treat its employees well. The management is unsupportive and does not treat its employees with respect. They manage by intimidation and threats which leaves their employees with a constant feeling of insecurity. You never know where you stand with this company because they do not know how to communicate to employees in a professional manner. They are constantly changing their focus and redirecting their employees, no body seems to know whats going on. Management will throw employees under the bus to protect themselves. There is no trust or respect here. Very high turnover, seems like someone is constantly being fired for unknown reasons.
