Pros

the dealership personnel and lease turn in customers are very good people has NOTHING to do with SGS!

Cons

no communication on their part- they stress that communication is KEY and you are threatened to be fired if you dont contact them within an hour of a missed call yet when you need to talk to them you are IGNORED. too many chiefs and not enough indians at SGS

There is always an opportunity for career development. It is a result/performance base organization. Financial performance is always a KPI. Integrity has been blended within organization as a culture.

Cons

Less training provided. Self trained. Keep focusing only on growth, budget & LC (profit).
