there are lots of opportunities for career advancement, when you prove your capability to the management.

Cons

more transparency and communication is needed for all Business Units to achieve the same goal of growing the company

Pros

The patients have been with the group for years and are patient and very pleasant to work with. The headquarters office is nice (aesthetically).

Cons

Upper management is unorganized and incompetent and just plain rude! There really in no middle management nor checks and balances. No training is offered (because of the incompetence). There is a NO TALKING policy (meaning no talking) which is most likely why the employees are not very willing to assist one another.
