-Serious lack of leadership in the most senior positions -No strategy for growth -Not willing to invest in equipment or people -Lab network was not organized or connected. Too many silos. -The yearly employee survey was a waste of time. No follow-through on problem areas or suggestions.

Poor management and integrity is compromised for big clients. Management has poor time management as they allocate Projects late and expect analysts to get the projects done in a short amount of time by doing overtime, even if you have obligations outside of work. Everything is past due and analysts take the blame deposit management's poor time management and literally forgetting to assign work. And now you have to stay late to get the work done because at 2pm management just realized they forgot to assign a project to you, meanwhile you're working on 3 different thing. Very unorganized. Also reagents will be missing and now you have to figure out how to finish a project without the correct reagents.. totally mismanaged
