Decent Pay and decent benefits as well.

Cons

Small room for promotions, organization is some sort of flat. The next position after mine (Entry Level) is already supervisor.

Great teammates and fun people to be around.

Cons

Long Hours with low pay, overtime isn't optional like they say in the hiring process. 11-7:30 is actually 11-9 on a good day. Supervisors don't help much.

Flexible schedule, option for benefits, 50 cent raise every 6 months for the first 1.5 years, breakfast every pay day, sometimes catered lunch

Cons

Low pay, little room for advancement, takes sick/vacation time if you have to miss work because there are renovations to the lab or hurricanes, hiring from outside instead of internal promotions
