Management makes a lot of false promises to analysts just to accommodate clients who demand rushed analyses. The lab manager and technical operations manager currently assigned to the multilab are weak—too busy pleasing the business side and lacking backbone in decision-making. In the end, there’s no longer any concern for the analysts. Upper management is fake and plastic. The salary is already low, yet analysts are heavily pressured to comply with overtime just to finish jobs. I would not recommend this company for faint-hearted people.
